Financial Policy
We appreciate the opportunity to serve you! We’ve found that a clear
understanding of our financial policy in advance of dental care helps to
relieve some of the anxiety associated with dental visits. Please read
the following carefully and ask us any questions you might have. We will
do our best to answer them for you.

The estimated patient copay and deductible for the treatment rendered must be paid in full on the day of service. Please understand that you are ultimately responsible for all fees generated by your treatment. - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, checks and cash for payment of the amount due. Payment plans are subject to approval. Please ask about them if you need one.
- 24 hour notice is required for rescheduling appointments.
A $25 to $100 fee, depending on the amount of time that was reserved for you, will be applied to your account for rescheduling, canceling or failing to show up for your appointment without 24 hour notice. Dr. Ries reserves your appointment time exclusively for you; please be considerate.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
